I know they're going to have a lot of fun on this boat - I'm sure I'll probably get drafted to do some work on this boat, but that's alright - I hear Dad pays in Corona's...

The Boat...
Mom and Dad got themselves a new toy - not bad. They've come a long way since the black VW Beetle.
31 Feet of fun!
This is Bill. Bill's job is to come to your boat when you buy one, and do an inspection that is required by some boating group thing. He was a very cool dude, and has a job that, compared to the work he actually does, gets paid waaaay to much. Bill had the pleasure of meeting Dad, and Dad thought it would be nice to repay the man by stepping on his glasses. Nice one Dad. So for the rest of the day poor Bill had to wear a pair of busted up, twisted glasses.
You're looking at a Chevy 350 V8 - small block - yes, a Chevy engine. It's just like the one you'd find in a car except all the components are all 'marine'. That's around 250 horses...and there's two of them. If you look closely you'll see some duct tape back there too. There was a small seperation on a seam in the cooling muffler so it blew some water - a little bonding stuff, and some duct tape, and we're good to go.
Dad getting some guidance on how to read a nautical map from Captain Bill. (he's literally a captain - no lie) The book they are looking at is just like a road map, except it's for bodies of water, lakes, rivers, oceans, etc. Just like the road maps you find in WaWa or Turkey Hill, but the one you're seeing there - $60.00. And that's a cheap one.
Dad at the wheel.
Mom thinking back on some old memories. This is where Mom grew up, and the last time she was here was about 30 years ago - she said it's funny how much hasn't changed at all.
Supermodel!

first of all, bill looked pretty good with his glasses all twisted up like they were. i think i started a new fad.(it was difficult to look him when we talked without laughing at his messed up glasses)
