If you would ask Mady where went this past weekend - she would tell you "We went to the Onley Fair", also know as the Oley Fair. We had fun! - We rode some spin you around like crazy ride - and got Jamie sick. Then Mady and I climbed a set of stairs that must've been at least 3 stories high to go down some busted up slide with a burlap rag. Of course as soon as we got to the top - Mady didn't want to go, so the screaming and crying got real loud. Of course everyone on the ground had to look up and see what all the action was about. She screamed all the way down - for all 5 seconds.
We got to see some goat that had the flu I think - or he had a real bad smoking problem - all he did was hack cough and gag...poor guy. We saw a cow poop - that was entertaining.
Did you know that half the residents of Oley are missing half their teeth? Wow. As my buddy John DeAngelo said - 'This place is a roach!' Yes it was, but boy we had a good time! At least Jamie and I did. After the fair we went to Friendly's and that always makes everything better!

i just got mom home from surgery and thank goodness she took a bunch of pain pills. we were both laughing so hard. good times all around!

At least you know there was a handful of people there WITH their teeth -- ok, minus one small boy that doesn't have all his yet, but that's just because they aren't all in, not because of lack of hygeine! Sorry we missed you guys there - we could have enjoyed the roach together!
